* all labor rates start at a base rate. That rate may increase for special circumstances that increase the normal time spent troubleshooting (i.e. lightning damaged TV's or TV's that are not supported by the manufacturer with schematic diagrams or technical support from the factory when needed)

Storage and Disposal Fees

All equipment not picked up within 30 days of notice of completed repairs will be subject to $2.00 per day storage fee. After 90 days unclaimed equipment will be disposed of or sold to recuperate repair costs. Equipment not repaired must be picked up within 30 days of decision not to fix. After 30 days your equipment will be disposed of and you will be billed $25.00 for disposal.
